These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Global CBN mobile application, website, and related services operated by Global CBN (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, registering, or using Global CBN, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the application.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use Global CBN.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
2. Membership & Fees
- Access to certain features of Global CBN requires a paid annual membership.
- The membership fee is: ₹8,000 + 18% GST per year (Total: ₹9,440)
- Membership fees are non-transferable.
- Membership activation occurs after successful payment.
- Renewal is required annually to maintain continued access to member features.
A separate Refund & Cancellation Policy can be provided if needed.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the app for lawful, professional, and ethical purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Not misuse the platform for spam, fraud, harassment, or unauthorized commercial activities.
- Respect other members and follow community guidelines.
- Not upload harmful, obscene, defamatory, or illegal content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
4. Networking, Referrals & Communication
- Global CBN is designed to facilitate business networking and referrals.
- Any communication or business engagement between members is independent of the Company.
- The Company is not responsible for:
- Business decisions made by members
- Outcomes of referrals
- Accuracy of information shared by members
- Members are encouraged to perform due diligence before entering agreements or transactions.
5. Events, Webinars & Programs
- Global CBN may host both online and offline events.
- Event availability may vary by region.
- Event-specific rules, fees, or conditions may apply.
- The Company is not responsible for third-party events hosted via the platform.
6. Content Ownership & Usage
a. Your Content
You own the content you upload but grant us a license to:
- Store, display, process, and share it with other members as part of networking features.
- Use it to operate and improve Global CBN.
b. Our Content
All intellectual property (design, code, graphics, trademarks, text, etc.) belongs to the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, or distribute any part of the application without permission.
7. Payments & Security
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- We do not store your full payment information.
- You agree to provide valid payment details for membership.
- Any failed or fraudulent payment may result in membership suspension.
8. Privacy Protection
Your use of Global CBN is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Misrepresent your business or professional background
- Conduct illegal or unethical activities
- Send unsolicited promotional messages
- Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful codes
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
10. App Availability and Updates
- We may update, modify, or improve Global CBN at any time.
- Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
- We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:
- Direct or indirect business losses
- Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities
- Disputes or transactions between members
- Third-party actions or content
- Technical failures, bugs, or security breaches beyond reasonable control
Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
12. Termination of Account
- Violate these Terms
- Misuse the platform
- Engage in fraudulent or unethical activities
- Fail to pay membership fees (if applicable)
You may also delete your account at any time through the application or by contacting support.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted in the app or on the website. Continued use of Global CBN indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
